This position is responsible for infusing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) principles, exercises, and themes across the undergraduate major core curricula within Undergraduate Applied and Professional Studies (uAPS) majors, and across the introductory and capstone courses within the Individualized Degree (ID) majors.
The Curriculum and Assessment Specialist ensures that CCAPS faculty members have the resources, information, and support they need to maximize students’ learning opportunities, promote students’ abilities to think and create in personally meaningful ways, and prepare students to excel in their professional careers through identifying and addressing collegiate-level curricular needs and assessing student learning outcomes.

New York City Department of Transportation The Division of Transportation Planning & Management is seeking an ambitious and motivated Mobility Coordinator for its Strategic Planning Unit. Strategic Planning is a team dedicated to regional planning administration and advancing transportation equity through the Mobility Management Program (MMP). MMP improves access to transportation for groups who have traditionally experienced barriers, such as people with disabilities, low-income and limited English proficient populations. This is done through three key approaches: 1) Capacity building, including developing resources and tools for DOT staff; 2) Planning and research initiatives to further understand the needs of our communities; and 3) Public engagement, to develop solutions that address community needs as well as provide education on DOT’s programs and services.
Reporting to the Senior Planner, the Mobility Coordinator will support a variety of projects and programs focused on improving accessibility and equity.
The Mobility Coordinator, will work closely with the Mobility Management team to expand existing initiatives and develop new projects. The selected candidate will work to further expand the network of community based organizations that NYC DOT collaborates with in improving transportation services for this target population. Responsibilities include further development and maintenance of the inventory of organizations that serve this population; this may include developing survey tools and engagement with community based organizations to better understand and serve the transportation needs of this population. Additional tasks include planning and/or participating in outreach events to create awareness of DOT’s programs and services, and planning other related training/workshops for both internal DOT staff and external stakeholders. The candidate will also conduct research, map demographic and survey data, perform analysis, prepare reports and present findings.

You’ll ideate and create short-form and long-form content in a variety of formats (blog posts, videos, emails, infographics, etc.) and for multiple distribution channels (website, fundraising campaigns, social media, etc.). You’ll be part of the Marketing team and will collaborate closely with members of other teams (Development and Community Impact), partners, clients, donors, and volunteers to tell compelling stories across all forms of content.
United Way Bay Area The Director, 211 will ensure the successful implementation of the 211 Bay Area program. 211 Bay Area covers six counties: San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin, Napa, and Solano. 211 offers free and confidential information and referral via call, text, and web. 211 Bay Area answered over 76,000 calls and texts in our last fiscal year. The Director will focus on three key focus areas program strategy, fundraising and sustainability, and building and cultivating partnerships.

We’re looking for someone who can help the team manage projects more efficiently, coordinate program events, pull together data for grant reports, and be the expert in Salesforce. The individual will also have the opportunity to support the broader Community Impact Team.
