As Lead Teacher, you will lead a classroom of up to 20 children ages three through five within a network of high quali... ty, tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities. As a Bilingual Inclusion and Family Specialist, you will create an alliance between the school, family, and... community to mobilize and coordinate services for children and families of the Bezos Academy preschool in Pasco, WA. You will lead student support plans and services and serve as the liaison to the local district offices and service providers. You will work collaboratively to build the skills of staff, children, and families by providing services that include meetings and workshops, classroom visits and observations, crisis intervention, and staff training and supports that include student observations and assessments, facilitation of teacher co-planning meetings, and staff and family training. You will develop meaningful partnerships with local educational agencies to support children with developmental delays or disabilities. You will develop meaningful connections to resources in the community, and support families in accessing local resources. You will work with stakeholders to create family education sessions.
