Account Manager
We’re looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to grow our customer satisfaction even more and join a growing Account Management team in Vienna. Product Manager
Our product team is diverse and multi-disciplined, including product marketing, product management, technology innovation laboratory, design, and engineering - mechanical, electrical, embedded and software. The personification of the aspiration is QWIC’s product team that creates and realizes e-bikes and accessories aligned to QWIC’s vision and to the highest standards of design, innovation, IOT, quality, durability, low maintenance and circularity.

As Product Manager you build and maintain a competitive product portfolio (e-bikes, accessories, components, digital features and services) for QWIC’s global target customer segments. You understand and represent customer needs, monitor the competitive e-bike landscape and create the business strategy for QWIC’s product lines in line with our product vision. Furthermore:

You translate our business strategy into product plans and life cycle roadmaps and make sure these roadmaps are executed successfully;
You are responsible for the accuracy of all product master data including pricing and life cycle status;
You collect user, market and stakeholder input to create and maintain a product roadmap;
You manage the market launch, introduction of new products, accessories, features and services;
You drive product replacements, renewals and successors inside your portfolio in order to capitalize it's full potential;
You lead the monitoring, evaluation and learnings of the business success of all life cycle events in your portfolio;
You take full ownership to provide sales forecasting and market analysis input to QWIC’s monthly S&OP for all life cycle events in your portfolio;
You co-drive QWIC’s Continuous Improvement Program aimed at improving product quality, cost, reliability, performance and sustainability;
Provide monthly standard reporting to provide a 360 view on the performance status of your products and the entire portfolio.
Engineering Lead
As QWIC engineering lead you oversee the development, implementation and continuous improvement of all hardware, mechanical and electrical engineering across QWIC’s product portfolio.

You build and lead a winning engineering team to deliver smart solutions for our current and future QWIC products, in line with QWIC’s technology and product roadmap.

In addition, you are in charge of the quality performance of all QWIC’s products in the market, establishing best in industry practices in sustaining engineering, continuous improvement program (CIP), engineering change management and issue management.

More concrete you will:

Develop and execute the product development and continuous improvement roadmaps;
Lead the technical development of new products towards mass production. Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate the selected concepts and product requirements (functional, quality, cost) into detail engineering;
Collaborate with Product Management and the Technical service team to monitor and review the performance of the in-market portfolio on the dimensions of quality, cost and functionality, and identify improvement opportunities in all technical disciplines
Set up and maintain quality standards, take charge of engineering change management and be in charge of technical master data
Build a winning engineering team: define what and who is needed to execute the roadmap and daily manage the team;
Act as knowledge expert and assist in root cause analysis of in market product issues and assist to find solutions;
Set up and improve product development processes, develop KPI’s and reports.
Embedded systems engineer
We are looking for a seasoned big-picture thinker Senior Embedded Systems Engineer, who will take a central role in the development of embedded software solutions and frameworks within QWIC’s technology ecosystems - ensuring we are best-in-class throughout the complete product development lifecycle; from concept and design through product development, manufacturing and sustaining.

The Role
Design, develop, code, test and implement software for embedded devices with IoT capabilities;
Contribute to the system from requirements to production, commercial deployment and post production service;
Understand and align with hardware design and development;
Assess third party manufacturers and work together to produce your designs;
Work with a cross-functional team of hardware engineers, application/UI software engineers, QA/Validation, and designers while also managing technical discussion with stakeholders;
Make embedded software architecture proposals;
Guide coding solutions (algorithms, code style, testing methods) based on compiled research and results;
Investigate new technologies and make sure the team is up to date of the latest emerging technologies.
Product Manager Connected bikes (IoT)
As Product Manager Connected Bikes (IoT) you completely own this proposition. By selecting and prioritizing the right use cases, you will steer the different domains in the right direction. You will work closely with the product owners and leads of the respective domains to make the right translation. Obviously you can't be a specialist in all domains, but you must grasp the basic principles off all domains, and have more in depth knowledge in one of the domains (T-shaped Product Manager).

More specifically you will:

Develop product vision and overall roadmap of Connected Bikes and align with sub-domain roadmaps; hardware & embedded software, IoT platform and Mobile applications;
Research and define key use cases and translate this to features and requirements together with the various domains;
Lead and facilitate in depth sessions on architecture, process and decision making related topics;
Create and execute a partner strategy and work closely together with suppliers to execute the roadmap;
Take ownership of one of the domains yourself depending on your background and manage stakeholders involved;
Flag and mitigate dependencies, bottlenecks and risks;
Set-up and validate business cases including monetizing the proposition;
Take ownership of this proposition by pro-active communication, sharing learnings and successes and inspire QWIC and customers;
Develop and execute go to market strategy in cooperation with the e-bike product managers;
Advise and support sales and service department on how to use the new product.
Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Product Manager
Peugeot Motocycles
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the position of Product Manager is offered to a profile with some experience/understanding of Product Management or Marketing. Basic knowledge of the operation of a two-wheeler, as well as a daily use on a personal basis is a must.

As part of the development of Peugeot Motocycles’ product portfolio, the main mission of the Product Manager is to lead the planning and development of the assigned products (ICV and EV scooters and motorcycles) – defining customer needs and requirements, translating the marketing requirements into a project brief, preparing the business case for the product and, tracking the development of the product until it is placed on the market. The development of the products can be in-house or with selected partners.
