What You'll Do:

Leading the selection and onboarding of repair mechanics (both experienced and inexperienced) and making sure that the training procedures are developed appropriately.

Developing our expansion plan for new markets, from building the team, choosing the hub location, making partnerships and building the operating processes of this new location.

Improving current CRM processes, when the number of clients (accordingly issues and complaints) will scale 10x
