We are currently looking for our next Administrative Assistant. Our new team member will handle a wide range of administrative and support tasks assisting our Executive and Office team. Provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with the staff and the public. As the Administrative Assistant at TCS you will utilize discretion, judgment and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality. TPC is a federally contracted employer and as the Administrative Assistant, you will coordinate travel needs for the organization following Joint Federal Travel Regulations (JFTR).

The HR Program Manager is the key business partner for the Medtronic Boulder Manufacturing plant and will partner with the site leadership team, working to maximize achievement of short- and long-term business goals. This is a highly valued, high impact position.

This position will be 5 days onsite based in Boulder, Colorado.
Legal Executive Assistant (Hybrid)

As the Legal Executive Assistant, the successful candidate will provide daily support to one of the BBG Partners and direct assistance to the Transactional Manager. Candidates should bring 5+ years of Corporate/Transactional experience supporting multiple senior attorneys and cross-functional teams and enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative, and results-driven environment. The individual must feel comfortable working with limited direction. High intelligence, a proactive approach, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential.

What you would do:
•Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
•Manage a dynamic workload and problem-solve competing demands.
•Oversee high-volume inbox involving daily email review and response, categorization of communications, issue flagging, new work tracking, and monthly email archiving.
•Provide Executive calendar management including coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference rooms, phone calls, appointments, and travel arrangements.
•Initiate and manage legal and administrative task lifecycle including initial delegation of tasks, tracking project status and completion.

What is expected:
•8-10+ years law firm or corporate legal administrative assistant experience.
•Paralegal experience or familiarity with legal terminology, state and federal court filing rules, basic legal procedure and law office protocol strongly encouraged!
•Project Management skills a plus!
•Strong Microsoft Office experience with advanced Word formatting skills.
•Ability to use sound judgment and discretion in dealing with highly confidential information.

Specifically infrastructure or NSF infrastructure grants (mid-scale infrastructure grant) is what we'll be looking for primarily. If you have experience writing grants for corporate or government entities we want to hear from you!
Social Media Posting-Side Job
Our company page needs to share info and content to our members/community. Our messages will be shared with a Social Media manager and they will be expected to create a graphic from our Canva account and post the information to our community. If out community asks questions on social media, we will give the answers for our manager to convey.
We need a minimum of 4 posts per week on our FB page, and possibly also shared on our company's Linkedin account.
A clear understanding of pages and groups will be helpful for this position. v
