Little Navigators Program Counselor

The Little Navigators Program Counselor supports the mission and values of the organization by providing individual and group counseling to children and families within identified childcare settings. Offers services in line with the three tiers of intervention designed in the Little Navigators Program. This program is designed to provide intervention and prevention to children who are at high risk of victimization and/or have already experienced victimization. The Little Navigators Program Counselor works under the direction of the Little Navigators Program Manager and in collaboration with other members of the Little Navigators program. This position will provide exceptional service to all individuals and communities served by the organization. This is a full-time exempt position with some opportunities for flexible scheduling.

The Little Navigators Program Manager supports the mission and values of the organization by overseeing the development, implementation, maintenance, and assessment of the Little Navigators Empowerment program (LNEP). The Little Navigators Program Manager works under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and in collaboration with the Youth VIP (YVIP) Program Manager. This program is designed to provide intervention and prevention to children who are at high risk of victimization and/or have already experienced victimization. This may include children with problem behavior that make them at risk for termination from their childcare setting. This position will provide exceptional service to all individuals and communities served by the organization. This is a full-time exempt position with some opportunities for flexible scheduling.
