Africa Fintech Intern - Driving & Measuring Impact

We are recruiting a smart-working, passionate, hands-on intern who will play an important role in helping drive
and monitor the adoption of Bloom Impact.
The main role will be to advance & manage our impact monitoring & evaluation, KPI measurement/reporting and conduct research.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Passionate, self-driven, committed, business professional that is interested in social enterprise.
• Evolve and monitor our reporting tools & system to provide regular reporting & KPI performance analysis.
• Drive the gathering of quantitative and qualitative results for impact reporting.
• Responsible for managing unit economic reporting; CAC, LTV, ARPU, etc.
• Support effective day-to-day use of our CRM solution and analytics.
• Provide regular reporting, analyse results with management, discuss operational & strategic impacts and
potential changes required.
• Understand the needs of our investors and funders to help deliver required reporting.
• Conduct market research to ensure industry standard impact reporting is deployed.
• Support investor research, relations & fundraising as needed.
• Conduct market expansion research as needed.
• Support product testing for the App and Portal.
• Other activities as needed.
• You are a 'doer', love tech, and enjoy understanding impact & performance of companies.
• Skilled at business data analytics, producing reports and great attention to detail.
• 3+ years of experience with reporting & basic business data analytics.
