City of Toronto The Municipal Licensing and Standards Division (MLS) supports the City of Toronto by contributing to the safety, vibrancy and maintenance of communities by being a leader in the e... ffective delivery of by-law administration and enforcement services, business licensing and permitting, and animal care services. MLS has led major bylaw reviews and introduced new regulatory regimes over the past few years including Private Transportation Companies (Uber/Lyft), Short-Term Rentals, RentSafeTO Apartment Building Standards, and many more. In this role, you will focus on digital business transformation initiatives to effect change through a customer experience-centred approach. You’ll help develop and/or implement effective, innovative solutions to meet divisional and client needs in the areas of technology-led modernization and change management.
