Field Project Representative

Responsible for a wide range of construction observation, administrative duties and documentation during the construction phase of projects.
Due to the field nature of this position, applicants must have the ability to travel away from their home location for extended periods of time to work on field assignments. The position may also require night shift and/or weekend work.
This work would include, but not limited to, contractor pay requests preparation and pay item record keeping. Responding to requests for information, change orders and other field/construction administrative duties as needed.

Kalispell Municipal Court Judge
City of Kalispell
The City of Kalispell seeks to appoint a qualified individual to the position of Kalispell Municipal Judge until December 31, 2023. This appointment is to fill a vacancy that will last until the position is filled through the election process in the next General Election. We are requesting letters of interest, statement of qualifications and references.
Annual wage is $100,800.99.
A Municipal Court Judge must have the same qualifications as a judge of a district court, except that a Municipal Court Judge need only be admitted to the practice of law in the State for at least three (3) years prior to the date of appointment or election. A Municipal Court Judge must be a resident in Flathead County at the time of election. The authority and duties of the court are delineated at Title 3, Chapter 6 of the Montana Code. The qualifications for the position of Municipal Judge are delineated in Chapter 2, Article 11 of the Kalispell Municipal Code.
Certification is required for limited court judges and must be completed within 6 months of being appointed.
