Our Spouse Sponsors build relationships with local military families and local resource providers through PCSgrades. The program provides information and assistance while helping military families learn how to help themselves and each other.
Our team is driven to succeed, eager to learn, and has a positive attitude.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Garner local on and off base housing reviews
- Increase PCSgrades membership through social media channels and/or events
- Attend bi-monthly to quarterly all-hands spouse sponsor team meetings
- Host events (a combination of in-person, virtual, social), minimum of 8 times per year
- Quality control local area installation guide(s), housing profiles and throughout PCSgrades.com to ensure accuracy
- Identify opportunities to post helpful PCSgrades articles and resources in local social media groups when relevant to area families; proceed to post/share accordingly
- Meet with your spouse sponsor lead on a bi-weekly to monthly basis
