Director of Compliance
CareNu Responsible and accountable for overall implementation, evaluation and monitoring of compliance program and plan over all of its subsidiaries inclusive but not limited to ASSURITY... , AIP, and PACE. Minimum of 8 years Medicare Advantage payor/ managed care experience preferably in compliance and/or quality management with comprehensive knowledge of CMS, CMMI, NCQA delegation and quality improvement. Interprets and disseminates information and compliance matters thru HPMS system . Spearheads development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. Oversees all activities performed by compliance auditors including audit tool development . Educates and monitor staff regarding their organization’s / department’s responsibilities for regulatory compliance. Works closely with executive management to create an annual audit plan based on areas of risk with OIG, OIR and CMS.
