Director of Compliance

Responsible and accountable for overall implementation, evaluation and monitoring of compliance program and plan over all of its subsidiaries inclusive but not limited to ASSURITY, AIP, and PACE.
Minimum of 8 years Medicare Advantage payor/ managed care experience preferably in compliance and/or quality management with comprehensive knowledge of CMS, CMMI, NCQA delegation and quality improvement.
Interprets and disseminates information and compliance matters thru HPMS system .
Spearheads development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. Oversees all activities performed by compliance auditors including audit tool development . Educates and monitor staff regarding their organization’s / department’s responsibilities for regulatory compliance. Works closely with executive management to create an annual audit plan based on areas of risk with OIG, OIR and CMS.
