Regional Director of Population Health Operations

Responsible for employee retention, access to services, and patient and provider engagement.
Implementation of evidenced based guidelines , efficient work flows , and strategic initiatives to advance high quality/low cost health care delivery to support UNC and its clinically integrated network of health care and community providers.
Responsible for development and implementation of quality programs based on Lean Methodology and Hoshin planning to achieve or exceed agreed upon organizational goals. Work collaboratively with system and entity leadership to implement innovative strategies to increase patient access and retention.
Development of educational and marketing materials to promote patient and provider engagement and market share.

Population Health Services is excited to announce a new opening as a Program Manager on our administrative team managing operational performance. This role will work with key stakeholders in practice operations and centralized support services to maximize patient contacts so gaps in care are addressed for "every patient, every time."
Experience with referrals/order management, "closing the loop," prior authorization and other ambulatory operations management preferred. Experience with Cisco CCE/CCX reporting preferred.
Successful candidates will demonstrate skills in:
Developing key performance indicator (KPI) reporting and productivity metrics.
Developing standard operating procedures (SOP), training plans, and job aids as necessary for SOP compliance.
Implementation of performance improvement processes and gap identification.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration or related field.
Five (5) years of program/project management experience.
No licensure or certification required.

Research Analyst

Summary
The research analyst conducts healthcare data and analytic projects for NAACOS and the Institute for Accountable Care (IAC) and assists with executing a broader strategy to conduct research and help NAACOS and its members succeed in accountable care. This position reports to the IAC Executive Director.
Essential responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth analysis of datasets and prepare, research papers and policy briefs
* Plan and implement ACO surveys and analyze results
* Manage timeline and tasks for data-related projects
* Participate in proposal writing to obtain research funding
* Participate in the development of NAACOS data strategy
Required skills
* Strong analytic skills and knowledge of healthcare data.
* Proficiency with analytic software including Excel and Excel pivot tables
* Working knowledge of ACOs and healthcare payment strategies
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks under time pressure
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Self-starter and results-oriented
Education and experience
