The Director of Career Services will be responsible for the administration and marketing of Career Development Services for the University, including all career services offered to undergraduate and graduate students and alumni. Student Retention and Community Relations Specialist

• Take a leadership role in CSSC Career Day
The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt to a dynamic and demanding work environment; to work with students, staff, and faculty; to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends; to make effective use of data; to communicate in person, electronically, and in writing in professional, clear manner; and will possess a valid driver's license with the ability operate a motor vehicle.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and student-serving experience in a higher education.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in College Student Affairs, Counseling, Non-Profit Management or related field and experience building university relationships with external stakeholders.
