Associate Energy Engineer – Energy Services / Smart Buildings – Jacksonville/Tallahassee FL

Assists sales in identification and qualification of potential Energy Services opportunities.
Conducts analysis of building energy performance through utility bill data.
Supports assessments of customer building performance through analysis of information obtained from automation system.
Conducts facility site visits to understand building function, operations, and areas for improvement.
Effectively communicates findings for operational and efficiency improvements to internal and external stakeholders.

- Working with a cross-functional team consisting of Engineering, -Project Management, and Project Development team members
- Overseeing the development and delivery of projects which promote customer service and lead to long term relationships with clients

The core components of success are (i.e. must haves):

- At least 3 years of relationship sales experience
- Experience in identifying leads, closing sales, and working with a project development team

Our Operations Managers contributions to the team include:

The core components of success are (i.e. must haves):

- At least 10 years of demonstrated success in Project Management or Project Engineering in the construction industry of projects in excess of $5MM
- Active Driver’s License
