Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions Operations
Columbia University Reporting to the Associate Director of Graduate Admission Operations, the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions is responsible for graduate admissions operations and systems. The Assistant Director will be tasked with executing admissions operations to meet the institutional enrollment goals and targets of the Office of Graduate Admissions. The Assistant Director is expected to be a subject matter expert in enrollment technology and will serve as a point of contact for Admission Staff and others throughout the School to support all items related to the Slate CRM, and other admission-related technology. They will uphold and strengthen the integrity of the admissions process flow from application through enrollment.
Assistant Director, Graduate Recruitment
University of Cincinnati The Office of Admissions is searching for an Assistant Director of Graduate Recruitment that will lead the centralized efforts to recruit prospective graduate students to the University of Cincinnati in partnership with over 350 graduate degree programs and certificates. The Assistant Director of Graduate Recruitment is a new position that will be charged with working with the programs, centralized admissions team, and other key stakeholders like the Graduate College, International Student Services, and UC Online, to develop and execute a centralized graduate student recruitment strategy aimed at increasing graduate student enrollment in certificate, master’s, and doctoral programs.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions, the Assistant Director will be responsible for the development and management of a graduate recruitment strategy, partner with programs on recruitment initiatives, and develop a graduate student visit & event calendar. The person in this role will need to maintain a knowledge of current best practices in graduate student recruitment and enrollment strategy, so a love of learning and enthusiasm for recruitment practices is a must. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and excited to collaborate with campus partners and prospective students. Previous experience in event/visit planning is also a plus. The ideal candidate should also have a passion for customer service and a data-driven decision-making approach.
This position will offer flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement for applicants with a residence within OH/IN/KY. Hybrid work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies.
Director of Student Recruitment, School of Education
Drexel University The Director of Student Recruitment, School of Education is responsible for engagement and recruitment of prospective students, growing applications and yield of programs, and coordinating comprehensive recruitment activities, including assisting in the development and execution of a comprehensive recruitment plan and coordination of targeted recruitment and marketing tactics for all national and international outreach efforts for the School of Education (SoE) at Drexel University. The Director will lead efforts and produce outcomes that will result in increased applications, enrollment growth, increased diversity, selectivity, and rising yields. The Director reports to the Dean of the School of Education and will work with the department heads, program managers, advisors, program directors, and school leadership to ensure a comprehensive approach to the recruitment and admission of students into School of Education programs.
The Director is expected to be a student-focused professional with knowledge of regional, national, and international recruiting and marketing trends in higher education enabling them to increase enrollment and the quality of students across all SoE programs.
Director of Graduate and International Enrollment
Wentworth Institute of Technology Reporting to the Associate Dean of Graduate Enrollment, the Director of Graduate and International Enrollment (including international undergraduates) provides strategic and operational leadership to results-oriented recruitment and enrollment of new students. The director is a key member of the enrollment management leadership team and contributes to the development and execution of the university’s strategic planning initiatives. Director of Graduate and Professional Admissions
The Ohio State University Overview of Position The Ohio State University invites applications for the Director of Graduate and Professional Admissions in the Office of Strategic Enrollment Management. Reporting to the Assistant Vice Provost of University Admissions, the Director of Graduate and Professional Admissions will lead a team of 23 full-time staff members, as well as seasonal employees, in all aspects of graduate and professional admissions processing, marketing and outreach. This includes the processing of over 30,000 domestic and international applications annually, credentials evaluation, fellowship application management, and international student financial review and issuing initial immigration documents for all graduate, professional and undergraduate to support the university enrollment goals. The director will champion technology solutions for the area and be actively engaged in systems best practices and decisions.
