The Center for Disabilities Studies (CDS) is the largest research and public service center in the College of Education and Human Development. It promotes the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in all aspects of society. The Center accomplishes this through education, service, information dissemination, and research. The Program Manager will be part of the School-Age Unit within the Center. The School-Age Unit is comprised of a number of projects whose work includes outreach to all student populations including those receiving special and regular education services. Under the limited direction of the School-age Unit Director, the Program Manager will oversee daily operations of DelAWARE project. The Program Manager will work closely with the Department of Education (DOE) Project Director, splitting time between DOE and CDS offices, and has primary responsibility for managing the grant activities and reporting information as required by the grant. The Program Manager will also collaborate with the Delaware Positive Behavior Support (DE-PBS) Project staff to support implementation of Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Prevent Teach Reinforce Model for Tier 3 with the partnering LEAs and schools.
