Providing supervision of direct clinical services in psychotherapy and assessment 3. Maintaining good working relationships with fellow faculty and administration 4. Communicating effectively with students regarding course and/or clinical expectations and performance 5. Acting as an Academic Advisor 6. Membership on departmental, comprehensive examination, and dissertation committees. 7. Attending required faculty and committee meetings 8. Preparing syllabi that follow both APA and WSPP guidelines (assistance is provided) 9. Having fundamental knowledge of effective learning strategies and methodologies 10. Help in preparing for any accreditation requirements
Qualifications: Must have: 1. A PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology 2. Licensed or license-eligible as a psychologist in Wisconsin 3. Experience in teaching, clinical practice, and research 4. The ability to speak and write clearly and concisely 5. Willingness to work with a diverse faculty and student body of varying interests and orientations 6. Ability to work with graduate students on research projects 7. Ability to promote a diverse, inclusive environment.
Preferred:
1. Graduate of an APA accredited program 2. Previous graduate teaching experience 3. Prior experience with conducting psychological assessment 4. Prior experience providing clinical supervision of assessment and psychotherapy 5. Ability to teach and supervise in methods of contemporary psychotherapy 6. Familiarity with projective assessment instruments &. Strong organizational skills

Coordinate transportation routes for prisoner and behavioral health patient transfers, ensuring timely and secure delivery to designated facilities.
Schedule transport agents and security personnel for assigned shifts, taking into account availability, qualifications, and client requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients, transport agents, and security personnel to provide updates on schedules, routes, and any changes or incidents during transportation.
Collaborate with the coordinating team to develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of transports, including transport requests, route details, and client/agent feedback.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to secure transportation and behavioral safety services.
Participate in regular strategic planning sessions to advise on the direction and growth of the company.
