Full-time TMS technician position. This position will require interaction with patients, medical providers, and the public. The technician aspect of this position will provide patient care administering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) in the treatment of depression under the supervision of our medical providers in Minneapolis/Minnetonka, Minnesota. Minneapolis Crisis Responder - Lead
Canopy Roots
The Canopy Roots Team provides 24-hour crisis response services for the city of Minneapolis as an alternative to police response to mental health emergencies.

Clinicians who identify as BIPOC or as members of historically marginalized/underserved groups are strongly encouraged to apply.

In this role, you will:
-Shadow and evaluate responders in community settings and provide supportive feedback
-Ensure 24-hour coverage by coordinating with Program Supervisors in scheduling and covering open shifts
-Collaborate with a team of mobile crisis responders to provide culturally competent crisis response services to members of the community
-Respond to emergency mental health crisis calls for de-escalation and provide referrals to community services
-Assess program recipient needs and determine appropriate interventions
-Provide appropriate referrals to mental health organizations and community resources
-Collaborate care with community members and other service providers
-Document and collect data measures to measure program effectiveness, and in accordance with privacy law

The Crisis Responder Lead role is full-time, exempt. Staff in this role are eligible for insurance and benefits (medical, dental, life, short-term disability, 401k with matching). The pay is competitive, with a starting salary of $60,000-$75,000 per year. This role is primarily community-based, with staff meetings taking place either online or in the Richfield Office.

Minimum qualification include:
Must have a valid Minnesota driver’s license

Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in a human service field and 2,000 hours of supervised practice in a mental health or related field, OR 30 or more semester hours of mental health/human service coursework and 4,000 hours of supervised practice in a mental health or related field
