Responsibilities for the Litigation Junior Associate will include but may not be limited to:
• Litigating insurance defense cases from inception to resolution, including handling all aspects of pleadings,
discovery, depositions, court appearances, motions, mediations, etc.
• Conduct thorough research on applicable laws, regulations, and case precedents to develop effective legal
strategies.
• Collaborate with claims representatives and insured clients to share legal strategies and insights, providing
guidance and support throughout the litigation process. Develop and present clear, concise, and actionable legal
opinions and strategies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare clear, well-reasoned legal documents
