Piano Sensei
This is a part-time position, starting with 8-10 hours a week and increasing from there. Instructor will be teaching private piano lessons and periodic group classes to students ages 5 through adult.
No teaching experience necessary, but highly recommended. Pay is negotiable and dependent on experience and other factors, however, even the starting pay is very competitive in our area.

This position has 3 phases
1. Unpaid onboarding phase (1-2 months). Mainly comprised of observing lessons being taught and learning about our unique program and methods.
2. Paid learning phase (1-2 months). Mainly comprised of supervised teaching of lessons.
3. Higher paid instructor phase (ongoing).

Piano Faculty
Music Academy of Centerville
The Music Academy of Centerville is seeking 1-2 teachers to join its faculty starting this fall. Lessons begin the week of August 28, and the complete 2023-2024 lesson/recital calendar is available on our website. Pay is competitive and based on teaching experience and qualifications. We have established a strong sense of community within the school with high standards, regular recitals, group classes, and a growing waiting list.
The school is located in a detached building in downtown Centerville with several studios, a group class space, lobby/waiting area, and parking lot. Centerville is a suburb of Dayton in close proximity to several excellent school districts. The nearby air force base, colleges, and businesses also attract a multitude of families to the area. Our San Francisco-based Piano Studio is looking for 1-2 additional Part-Time Associate Piano Teachers to join our team!
Our Associate Piano Teachers will be provided with:

- Available to teach at least 2-3 days
- At least 2 years of previous teaching experience
The Associate Piano Teacher will:
-Teach one-on-one private piano lessons to children, teenagers, and/or adults, online and in-studio
-Encourage progress in lessons by building a positive relationship with each student and their families
-Assist in preparing students for studio events and performances
-Communicate regularly with studio owner to review curriculum and ways to improve student learning
Compensation:
$45-50/hour for one-on-one lessons
$75-100/hour for studio classes and workshops
