Job Summary: Provides occupational health nursing services to faculty, staff and employees to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, minimize lost time and to keep employees physically and mentally able to perform their jobs. Observes, promotes and ensures adherence to safety, security and industrial hygiene rules and protocols. Collaborates with university stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of health services. Supports University Infection Control Health Director in working with OEHN to develop and execute the University's long-term Occupational Health and Safety vision.

Requirements:
3-5 years of occupational health nursing experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and demonstrated skill with electronic medical recordkeeping
Infecious disease nursing experience preferred
Case management experience preferred

Assistant VP of Employee and Occupational Health

The Associate Vice President (AVP) and Medical Director will provide overall medical direction for Employee and Occupational Health (EOH) Services including ongoing development, growth and operational efficiencies. This leader is responsible for supporting the strategic plan for EOH Services, developing medical policy for managing clinical decision making, and ensuring the quality of clinical outcomes. They will provide medical expertise and guidance to the organization in all aspects of employee, occupational and environmental health.

Qualifications:
• State license to practice medicine; including prescriptive privileges.

• Exposure to an academic environment with research laboratories and comfortable working in a communicable disease environment. Preferred experience in a complex health system with both academic and community hospitals.
• Knows and understands Electronic Health Records (EHR), preferably Epic, and is comfortable and conversant with accessing and utilizing current data bases needed for health care reporting.
• Strong IT skills and experience needed in utilizing the organization’s current self-reporting tools and data bases to manage the system metrics.
• Has had process improvement training.
• Proven experience leading positive change in a resource constrained environment.

Senior Medical Director
Premise Health
This position is responsible for medical leadership, clinical oversight and patient care. It is a full time (5 day per week) position with on-call responsibilities. This position reports clinically to the Regional Medical Director and administratively to the Associate VP of Operations.
Essential Functions:
• Evaluates the effectiveness of the medical care of the Site Physicians at each Occupational Health Center.
• Collaborates with the Associate VP of Operations (AVP), Regional Medical Director (RMD), Business Operations Manager (BOM), and Site Physicians on strategic initiatives and client relations.
• Leads and motivates site Physicians at the other client Health Centers and completes regular check ins as well as participates in the annual review process for these providers
• Direct clinical supervision of all Site Physician within the client account.
• Works with regional Business Operations Managers to provide feedback for clinical annual evaluations as a part of the Premise Health Performance Management program of all site physician’s with input from the Health Center Managers and operations team (AVP, BOM).
• Reviews metrics including, health outcomes, patient satisfaction, client satisfaction and team member engagement to ensure effective and efficient operations across all health centers with the contract.
• Facilitates and leads the Quality Improvement and provider meetings and other meetings requested by AVP or client
• Participates in periodic and ad hoc meetings with the Premise Health and client Leadership teams.
• Minimum Educational requirement: MD or DO degree, Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice or primary care specialty as defined by the American Board of Medical specialties.
• 7-10 years minimum in Primary care, occupational medicine preferred
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state within which the site is located.
