About the Role
The successful candidate will need to have flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, public holidays and overnight shifts.
Supporting our clients in their home, community and respite care accommodation with:
Domestic Assistance
Personal Care
Meal Preparation
Community Participation
Excursions - Group Activities
Transport
All other aspects of daily living as per their NDIS Plan

About you:
Attitude to go above and beyond with compassion and integrity
Work unsupervised
Uphold the National Disability Standards
Demonstrate good listening skills and build rapport and trust between clients
Experience working in the Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Sector

Mandatory Requirements:
Certificate III in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability, Mental Health (Or working towards)
Valid driver’s license
Reliable Vehicle
Comprehensive Car Insurance
First Aid certificate
CPR certificate
Current Working with Children Check for paid roles (or willing to obtain)
Current Police check (or willing to obtain)
NDIS Modules (or willing to obtain)
A smartphone that has access to the internet and the ability to download rostering app

About the Role:

As an Assistant In Nursing / Support Worker working in Home Care, you are willing and capable of traveling to other people’s homes or community.
