The Director of Residential Dining will have ultimate responsibility for Residential Dining. The Director will strive to meet student needs, control costs, drive revenues, work with the Executive Chef to constantly innovate and market effectively to the students. The Director will provide tools and training to effectively implement their vision for the $42M Residential Dining operations. The Director will be expected to engage with students and the Executive Chef to create menus that students value and that speak to our commitments we have made to students. Further, the Director must work closely with Centralized Services to ensure appropriate product is purchased, warehoused, and stored and arrange purchasing/delivery logistics with the Associate Director of Centralized Services. The Director of Residential Dining will be expected to provide resources to support hitting quality and financial targets in each outlet.
