· Carry out all aspects of design for various Hospitality, Multi Family Luxury and Residential projects such as conceptual planning, space planning, specifications, commercially rated and appropriate FF&E selections, ADA guidelines, site visits
· Provide detailed drawings for floorplans, elevations, details, millwork as well as development of Construction Documents and participation in the Construction Administration phase
· Create presentations in InDesign or similar software for projects

· Carry out various hotel brand submittal processes and working with reviewers
· Ability to go on site visits and communicate with clients and other disciplines such as contractors, architects and vendors on all aspects of the project
Have excellent written and oral presentation skills to communicate effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years post graduate professional design experience
Experience in designing within Hospitality, Multi Family and High-End Residential projects
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
