Specialist, Document Control
Mevion Medical Systems Essential Functions: Assist with the administration of the company’s document control processes and systems. Review and processing ECOs and DCOs in Omnify, PDMWorks to ensur... e changes are accurate, complete and conform to company standards. Confers with initiators to resolve discrepancies. Assist Engineering and Manufacturing with creation/updating of work instructions. May perform CAD work under the guidance of Engineering.
Education, Training and Experience: Five+ years experience in a similar position. Preferably in a medical device company. Must have effective planning and organizational skills with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. Direct experience with processing ECO’s, engineering documentation; drawings, BOMs, work instructions etc. Hands on experience with PLM, PDM and ERP systems. (Omnify and Solidworks preferred)
Physical and Environmental Considerations: Typical office environment; must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time. Must be able to use all standard office equipment such as: computer/keyboard, copier, telephone.
Mevion Medical Systems Position Summary: Interact with the customers’ professional and technical staff to resolve all operational issues with Mevion products at customer sites
Essential Fun... ctions: The Field Service Engineer will perform all the duties of an onsite system engineer including but not limited to: 1. Maintain maximum uptime for Mevion equipment in the field 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues 3. Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades 4. Maintain required records of operation, service, and customer problem reporting including but not limited to ECO’s, upgrades, or alterations 5. Prepare weekly reports and metrics on service performance and complaint handling satisfaction 6. Partner with Mevion factory support staff and clinical site personnel to ensure high level of customer satisfaction 7. Provide feedback to Mevion for system performance and improvements as required, or recommended 8. Provide user training 9. Manage on-site parts and tool inventory 10. Participate in weekly team meetings, site specific meetings and other meetings as required. 11. Must have the ability to learn the following within the first six months: a. Learn the operating principles and service techniques for the subsystems of Mevion equipment b. Become proficient in all software, control system elements and user interfaces to the Mevion systems c. Understand the electrical, vacuum, and water cooling systems of Mevion equipment and Hospital infrastructure for the Mevion equipment
Education, Training and Experience: 1. Bachelor of Science or equivalent in engineering, physics, or other related field, or 2. 4-6+ years of technical experience in the military or equivalent (i.e. electronics technicians, mechanics, etc.) 3. Experience with radiation therapy equipment is a plus 4. Electronic/Electrical and mechanical ability 5. Experience working with computer interfaces, instrumentation, and control systems

Master Planner
Mevion Medical Systems Essential Functions The Master Planner is responsible for capacity planning, material planning, and production planning and scheduling with the objective to deliver Mevio... n products in a timely and efficient manner. Education, Training and Experience: 1) Minimum of five years previous experience in medical devices in a manufacturing setting. 2) Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five to seven years planning and purchasing experience. 3) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Project, and Excel. 4) Five to seven years of demonstrated experience with ERP/MRP systems required. 5) Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions regarding priorities. 6) Ability to influence and guide the work of others. 7) Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and problem solve in a fast paced multiple priority environment.

For exceptionally qualified candidates recent graduates will also be considered Ability to work effectively in a small team environment 5.
