Essential Functions:
Assist with the administration of the company’s document control processes and systems.
Review and processing ECOs and DCOs in Omnify, PDMWorks to ensure changes are accurate, complete and conform to company standards.

Education, Training and Experience:

Field Service Engineer
Mevion Medical Systems
Position Summary:
Interact with the customers’ professional and technical staff to resolve all operational issues with Mevion
products at customer sites

Essential Functions:
The Field Service Engineer will perform all the duties of an onsite system engineer including but not
limited to:
1. Maintain maximum uptime for Mevion equipment in the field
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
3. Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
4. Maintain required records of operation, service, and customer problem reporting including but not
limited to ECO’s, upgrades, or alterations
5. Prepare weekly reports and metrics on service performance and complaint handling satisfaction
6. Partner with Mevion factory support staff and clinical site personnel to ensure high level of customer
satisfaction
7. Provide feedback to Mevion for system performance and improvements as required, or
recommended
8. Provide user training
9. Manage on-site parts and tool inventory
10. Participate in weekly team meetings, site specific meetings and other meetings as required.
11. Must have the ability to learn the following within the first six months:
a. Learn the operating principles and service techniques for the subsystems of Mevion equipment
b. Become proficient in all software, control system elements and user interfaces to the
Mevion systems
c. Understand the electrical, vacuum, and water cooling systems of Mevion equipment and
Hospital infrastructure for the Mevion equipment

Education, Training and Experience:
1. Bachelor of Science or equivalent in engineering, physics, or other related field, or
2. 4-6+ years of technical experience in the military or equivalent (i.e. electronics technicians, mechanics,
etc.)
3. Experience with radiation therapy equipment is a plus

Essential Functions
The Master Planner is responsible for capacity planning, material planning,
and production planning and scheduling with the objective to deliver
Mevion products in a timely and efficient manner.
The Master Planner will also be responsible for:
1) Creating and maintaining weekly scheduling metrics.
2) Developing schedules for machine and person and material (raw
materials, components, and outside services) based upon capacity
and resources, to execute to plan.
3) Tracking operations and key supplier progress to ensure the schedule
is maintained accurately.
4) Effectively review capacity data and mitigate and/or expedite
schedule changes as needed.
5) Optimizing resources and priorities to best meet customer timelines.
6) Scheduling projects and prioritizing work to be performed to best
meet stipulated requirements.

Accelerator Engineer

Essential Functions:
1. Produce analytical designs of high energy proton accelerators for medical applications
2. Contribute to the commissioning of production accelerators
3. Perform 2D and 3D modeling of accelerator sub-systems, especially magnetic and RF
fields, to meet design requirements of the accelerator system.
4. Perform beam tracking simulation of accelerator models to ensure that accelerator
design will meet system requirements.
5. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to implement accelerator designs
based on models which successfully meet accelerator system requirements.
6. Contribute to the design and implementation of instrumentation required to verify that the
accelerator meets system requirements.
7. Contribute to design and testing projects for development of advanced concepts.

Education, Training and Experience:
1. PhD or equivalent in Accelerator Physics, High Energy Physics, Electrical Engineering,
or related discipline
2. General expertise in accelerator systems including electromagnets, radio frequency

Senior Program Manager

Job Description:
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for driving various teams – both internal
and external – to deliver product components for Mevion Proton delivery systems to
the market in predictable timeline. This position is responsible for creating and
executing against the project plan, proactively mitigating risks, managing the product
development process for timely release of the product.
This role reports into Vice President of Product Management.

Essential Functions:
1. Develop, maintain, and distribute (as appropriate) standard project management
deliverables for the successful launch of new products, including:
implementation plan, project schedule, project budget and variances, issues &
action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies.
2. Partner with internal and external development teams to deliver on time and
with the quality required.
3. Manage the product release through the launch process.

1. Provide upstream/product lifecycle leadership for the product components
2. Lead commercial input and deliverables related to new product capability

pricing recommendations, development of key claims, marketing strategy and
analysis of project commercial value
3. Collaborate with Research and Development and Engineering to analyze and
communicate the impact of decision-making and changes as projects progress in
development.
4. Deliver market and product requirements with prioritized features and

5. Advocate for the Voice of the Customer in decision making with R&D and
