As a General Engineer/Physical Scientist (Facility Representative) you will: - Assure contractor control systems and procedures adhere to NNSA/DOE and national nuclear radiological and/or industrial safety, and environmental compliance program requirements, policies and practices, and contractual obligations - Develop strategies to perform detailed safety analysis - Conduct walk through inspections of facilities and/or operations to identify hazards, non-compliance and potential problem area - Analyze and evaluate contractor operational and implementation plans - Observes, appraises, and evaluates contractor performance - Serves as the NNSA/DOE on scene representative for accident investigation, emergencies, and other unplanned events
