Homeless TA Senior Associate

Abt Associates seeks a Senior Associate in our Housing and Asset Building (HAB) Practice within our Domestic Division to work on Homelessness technical assistance (TA) team projects funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and other local, state, and federal partners. Through these projects, our team supports communities nationwide in developing and implementing equitable, effective, and human-centered homelessness response systems and programs.
This position will be dedicated to supporting efforts to end homelessness, through HUD, VA, and state and locally funded TA initiatives in Abt’s portfolio. Additional opportunities within Abt’s TA portfolio, as well as our research and evaluation work, will be tailored depending on the skills, interests, and experience of the candidate. To be successful you will work collaboratively as part of teams, exercising initiative, and communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and partners. You should be comfortable with telework technologies and work styles since the candidate would be working with colleagues and TA recipients located throughout the country. Data and Program Analyst-HMIS

Snohomish County Human Services is hiring one qualified individual to join our high-performing Homeless Management Information System’s data and analytics team within the Division of Housing and Community Services. Our team provides support to 150+ users across more than 40 agencies countywide who complete HMIS data collection to fulfil federal, state, and local reporting requirements and inform the community on housing needs for those who are experiencing or at-risk of homelessness.

You are compassionate and committed to public service, striving to provide excellent service to all customers, whether internal or external. You have the desire to review data needs to develop solutions for efficient data entry and accurate reporting. You are collaborative, and enjoy working with a team to discuss needs and plan projects, but can pivot to completing tasks on your own, calling on your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Position Purpose:
To expand the data and analytics team’s functionality to provide resources available to database users, management and program planning, and the community. The Data and Program Analyst will work closely with database users, team members, and other Housing and Community Services staff to ensure regulatory compliance and that local needs are met, adapting database components to provide efficient data entry and custom reporting to help the community’s commitment to making data-informed decisions. Deputy Chief Program Officer, Systems and Regional Planning

LA Family Housing (LAFH) is seeking a Deputy Chief Programs Officer (DCPO), Systems & Regional Planning to join our Programs Senior Leadership team. The DCPO will oversee the Coordinated Entry System (CES) components internally at LAFH as well as across Service Planning Area (SPA) 2 including: prioritization, matching, outreach coordination, systems alignment (e.g., hospitals, domestic violence, jail, etc.), system policy and connectivity, building community collaboration and the continued expansion of CES throughout the region. The DCPO will provide policy guidance, programmatic oversight, and management of processes to align LAFH priorities and initiatives with community needs in addressing homelessness.
