• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• A/B & multivariate testing experience is a plus
• Experience with digital fundraising is a plus
• Demonstrated analytics and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tracking, analyzing, and testing data
• Knowledge of best practices for email templates, segmentation, content, testing methodologies, deliverability, and list growth

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
2-3 years of experience in creating, launching, and optimizing email marketing campaigns;
