As the Director of Leadership Giving, you will create and implement an outside-the-box plan for cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation, and supervise a staff team that works with auxiliary boards and the Board of Trustees to achieve total revenue goals that include events and personal solicitations. The Director of Leadership Giving also promotes the Legacy Planned Giving Society with a particular focus on securing commitments from Trustees and auxiliary members. The Director reports to the Chief Advancement Officer.
