We're seeking a Family Medicine Physician to deliver high-quality care that encompasses both outpatient and inpatient care. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional outpatient care while also participating in inpatient hospital rounding.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care, including treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and specialized medical care to prevent, diagnose, and treat illness, disease, or injury.
Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including hospital rounding. Order, perform, and interpret tests, and analyze medical records, reports, and examination data to accurately diagnose patients' conditions.
Collect, maintain, and securely manage patient information, including medical histories, examination results, and reports. Regularly monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Clearly explain medical procedures and discuss test results and treatment plans with patients to ensure their understanding and collaboration in their care.
Offer guidance to patients and the community on diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention to enhance overall well-being.
Collaborate with medical specialists and other healthcare practitioners when patients require specialized care or services beyond primary care.
Coordinate healthcare activities other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Location-Fairfield NJ. Essex county. Located about 8 minutes off RT 80, 5 minutes off RT 46.
Office Details-The office has 6 exam rooms, 1 room fo... r ultrasounds. Each provider has their own private office. Currently, there are two MDs, 1-2 RNs at all times, CMAs, 1 x-ray tech, 1 ultrasound tech. Well-established staff that’s worked together a long time. Private office with a parking lot in a suburban town.
Shift requirements- Full time, Mon-Fri. With one full day off a week and every other Saturday. Monday 1pm-5pm, Tuesday 830am-5pm, Wednesday 830am-5pm, off Thursday, Friday 830am-5pm, every other Saturday 830am-1pm. Schedule is flexible.
On Call- Once a week, 1 weekend per month. The office does not round at.
