Receives ILL requests from minimum facilities via email Sends requests to ILS branches via OCLC WorldShare to fill requests Sends overdues and maintains records of lost items for invoicing Maintains statistics and reports monthly to supervisor Works with supervisor to establish and maintain policies and procedures for the program
Manages the Public Library Card program for DOC minimum facilities Tasks Include:
Receives requests from minimum facility staff regarding incarcerated individual request for cards Supplies the required materials for staff to give to incarcerated individual Registers incarcerated individual online for the card Notifies public library of registration per instructions Maintains statistics and reports monthly to supervisor Works with supervisor to establish and maintain policies and procedures for the program
