BCBA-LBA Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee. This includes the assessment and analysis of the patient’s skills and challenging behaviors, development of treatment plans, overseeing the implementation of treatment, collaboration with and training of their patient’s caregivers, as well as ongoing coaching and training of behavioral technicians.  Treatment plans are primarily designed to address areas of medical necessity, and may occur in a variety of settings including the CARD center, patient’s home, school, community, or via telehealth.  Clinical Supervisors report to the Clinical Manager.  This is a salaried, exempt, full-time position.

This position involves providing ABA therapy to a child in an individual instruction arrangement (one client, one staff) for the purpose of teaching them skills that will help them lead the most independent and fulfilling life possible. All children are diagnosed with autism and range in age from two to twelve years. The therapy setting is the child's home, child-care setting, other community setting, or Crossroads Clinic. Although Behavior Technicians are working independently in the field, there is frequent supervision by a masters-level supervisor. Candidates would be assigned a client/caseload depending on their availability and the availability of the client. All training for this position is provided by Crossroads Center for Children.

Behavioral Services Specialist

We provide services to more than 2,000 individuals with IDD (Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities) through a broad range of innovative and effective programs designed to foster independence, productivity, and participation in community life.
The Arc Westchester offers a wide spectrum of programs (e.g., Residential, Day Services, Respite) that are tailored to best meet the needs of an individual. Within our Residential Department, we support adults with IDD in residences ranging from highly staffed homes that are supervised 24 hours per day, shared-living homes, and supportive living situations where staff may only provide some assistance around 15 to 20 hours per week.

We are seeking a Behavior Specialist to join our residential team and we are able to provide on-site supervision to applicants who are pursuing their BCBA! The Arc Westchester is a BACB Approved Continuing Education Provider and is able to provide free CEUs to active employees.

Job Responsibilities:
• Complete functional behavior assessments
• Develop and oversee implementation of person-centered behavioral support plans in assigned residential programs
