This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week). Qualifications include a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of building codes. Must have the ability to perform responsibilities involving coordination, monitoring, and planning. Must have the ability to establish working relationships with others, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Duties include managing the caseload of HCVP participants and performing inspections of properties throughout St. Lawrence County.
