Mid-level
In this role, you will lead tasks and support senior level engineers to complete preliminary design, detailed design, and modeling assignments on a variety of wastewater engineering projects.
◦4 to 10 years of experience in technical design of municipal and/or private sector wastewater systems.
◦Project management and client relations experience.
◦Willingness to develop competence in a broad array of engineering related tasks
◦Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, CIVIL 3D and BIM desired.
◦Ability to train and mentor junior level staff.
◦FE/EIT required, PE highly desired.

Senior Level
In this role, you will independently complete complex development of engineering design, preparation of specifications, compile technical reports and other activities requiring the knowledge of standard engineering principles and techniques.
◦10 to 15 years of technical design in the area of wastewater engineering.
◦Strong data analysis and technical problem solving.
◦Ability to train and mentor junior level staff.
◦Successful track record of proposal writing and development.
◦Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
◦P.E. required.

Civil Works Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Wastewater Project Manager with a minimum 10 years of experience in designing and managing wastewater related projects on Long Island and in the NYC metro area. Typical projects will include sewer collection systems, pumping stations, and wastewater treatment plants for both public and private clients. Work will include preparation and/or overseeing preparation of evaluation studies, engineering design reports, design plans. specifications, cost estimates, operation and maintenance manuals, and engineering during construction services.

Candidate must have experience in successfully managing multiple assignments at the same time, including managing other staff members, tracking project schedules and budgets. A Bachelor Degree in a related field and a NYS Professional Engineer's license is required.

Field Sales Specialist- Water Testing

You will strive to exceed the sales revenues for IDEXX Water products through regular sales visits with clients performing microbiology water testing on their drinking, raw, bottled and other waters.

What to expect:
Travel regularly to meet customers in person to sell the value of the IDEXX products. Work to grow business annually through gaining new customers and growing existing business. Proven track-record of closing sales and of meeting quarterly sales goals.  Schedule prospect calls, presentations and training. Collaborate with the help of inside sales partners.

What you need to succeed?
5+ years of field sales experience with proven track-record of closing sales of consumables and equipment. Ability to prioritize activities and work in the field with limited supervision. Ability to work under pressure and meet quarterly goals Ability to sell on value of a product versus price. Ability to understand technical products and/or issues.  Excel at dealing with diverse group of end-users in public, private laboratories, wastewater treatment and large corporate companies.  Strong sales analysis and forecasting experience. Experience overcoming objections and closing the accounts. Clear and concise communicator. Must be
self-managed, self-motivated and extremely well organized. Demonstrated aptitude in teamwork.

Travel Demands:

Extensive travel-60%.  

Mix off home office days and field trips that last 2-3 days.
