Job Purpose Rev... iew customers' technical needs and recommend specific product / service solutions to meet these needs Estimate costs and consult with the sales force on technical matters, ensuring that proposed solutions can be integrated with current systems and equipment Work with engineers from various departments to resolve problems that arise during and after implementation Position Description Support and solve customer technical inquiries via phone, email, and MS Teams etc. Promote ifm products to customers when applicable Proactively identify areas to continuously improve customer support processes Develop digital technical support content to be used online to support customers Start to understand and learn products in the complex product line Candidate Requirements Application experience with sensors and controls for a manufacturer or related industry required Machine repair or maintenance experience with industrial equipment a plus Ability to learn cutting edge sensors and controls technologies 3+ years of technical support experience preferred Minimum of a 2-year technical degree, 4-year technical degree strongly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be fluent (written and oral) in English. Fluency in French is a definite asset. The Assistant Brewer/Brewer is a full time permanent position. The Assistant Brewer/Brewer will need flexible hours and weekend availability. Transitioning from Assistant Brewer to Brewer will increase your wage per hour pending on qualifications and course completion. You will be eligible for health and dental benefits, RRSP program enrolment, opportunity to complete certifications relevant to your position and other employee perks.
