This position reports to the National Sales Manager but will take daily direction from the Technical
Department Team Lead in our Mississauga, ON office.
Job Purpose
Review customers' technical needs and recommend specific product / service solutions to meet
these needs
Estimate costs and consult with the sales force on technical matters, ensuring that proposed
solutions can be integrated with current systems and equipment
Work with engineers from various departments to resolve problems that arise during and after
implementation
Position Description
Support and solve customer technical inquiries via phone, email, and MS Teams etc.
Promote ifm products to customers when applicable
Proactively identify areas to continuously improve customer support processes
Develop digital technical support content to be used online to support customers
Start to understand and learn products in the complex product line
Candidate Requirements
Application experience with sensors and controls for a manufacturer or related industry required
Machine repair or maintenance experience with industrial equipment a plus
Ability to learn cutting edge sensors and controls technologies
3+ years of technical support experience preferred
Minimum of a 2-year technical degree, 4-year technical degree strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be fluent (written and oral) in English. Fluency in French is a definite asset.

GLB is seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and hardworking craft beer lover to join our growing team in a sales and administrative capacity working with the Senior Sales Manager to help manage and coordinate the inside sales team. The primary focus of this position, but not exclusively, is providing support to our Retail Channel and Licensee team through communications with both Retail Channel, Licensee representatives, our distribution company, inventory team and senior management. The position is extremely task driven and needs an individual who can multi-task and deal with customers, suppliers and the GLB Team as a whole, with communication being of the utmost importance.

Additionally, Lake of the Woods Brewing Company is set up to run a Winnipeg nano brewing site operated out of the Hargrave St Market at True North Square in downtown Winnipeg.
Lake of the Woods Brewing Company is predominantly a manufacturer and marketer of beer. Our business, however, is a lifestyle brand that focuses on all things outdoors and lake. Our growth mandate hinges around building and commissioning a new manufacturing facility in Kenora on Lake of the Woods that will support our local markets (Ontario and Manitoba), other Canadian provinces, and export markets outside of Canada. The Assistant Brewer/Brewer is a full time permanent position. The Assistant Brewer/Brewer will need flexible hours and weekend availability. Transitioning from Assistant Brewer to Brewer will increase your wage per hour pending on qualifications and course completion.
