Our data systems team is expanding, and we are looking for data professionals at all levels to help us grow our organization’s data ecosystem and use of data in our decision-making. To be successful on this team you must enjoy working collaboratively, thinking strategically and creatively, and have the ability to make clear connections between your work and equity and justice in the implementation of our programs. These roles are an integral part of a team that prioritizes learning and experimentation, along with opportunities to evolve and grow into a specialization of interest. Evaluation Analyst

The Data Intelligence team transforms information into insight. The Evaluation Analyst role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about utilizing their evaluation, applied research, and data science skills to enhance the efficiency and impact of VentureWell programs. This role is centered around collecting, analyzing, and reporting data, aiming to improve our program and project outcomes. This role is ideal for those who enjoy diving into feedback and data, identifying what works and what doesn’t, and helping to produce compelling reports and visualizations. The Evaluation Analyst will collaboratively support evaluation for a range of projects and programs supported by the Federal Innovation Team.

Communications and Outreach Officer
VentureWell
VentureWell is growing and is seeking a Communications & Outreach (C&O) Officer to support the development and implementation of a full-scale annual communications strategy in service of recruiting and engaging new members for the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Investor Catalyst Hub, a groundbreaking health innovation network, as well as promoting the work of the hub and opportunities for contribution. Director, Higher Education Ecosystems

The Director, Higher Education Ecosystems is responsible for spearheading VentureWell’s growth and new strategic focus in ecosystem development with colleges and universities by providing leadership and day to day management of the unit’s staff, existing programs and new initiatives. This new position will join the Higher Education Innovation Ecosystems (HEIE) team, which is responsible for collaborating and interfacing with ecosystem leaders (university faculty and leadership, innovation practitioners, workforce developers, investors, and federal agencies) to drive the growth of equitable and inclusive innovative ecosystems.

Director, Programs - Biomedical Engineering

VentureWell is seeking a Programs Director to partner with our Vice President, Commercialization (VP) and a peer Director to lead the Commercialization Program Vertical, with a special focus on our Commercialization Services, including the RADx, Blueprint, and other similar programs. The Programs Director will directly manage a team of program staff, including Senior Program Officers (SPOs) and Program Officers (POs). The Programs Director will demonstrate operational excellence and a high degree of specialized knowledge related to diagnostic and/or medical device design, development, and/or commercialization. The Director is a skilled and trusted people manager and brings significant relationship management experience and networks to leverage for potential business development opportunities.

Program Officer, Strategic Partnerships

The Program Officer (PO), Strategic Partnerships plays a critical role in enhancing the ARPA-H Investor Catalyst Hub (ICH) network, fostering spoke collaboration, and increasing the overall value for all members of the network.
