Stimulates increased engagement by recording and editing video and audio that fit within the ministry’s goals and project deadlines
Inserting music, dialogue, and sound effects, arranging scenes into sequences, and correcting errors using editing equipment.
Cutting shot sequences to different angles at specific points in scenes, making each individual cut as fluid and seamless as possible.
Helping in the production of excellent video to further the goals of P2C-S through directing, lighting, set design and acting
Contribute to the writing of engaging stories by creating concepts and writing scripts for video projects
Working alongside other staff and volunteers at events, both in advance and on site

Skills
Able to identify and have a good understanding of how to craft material that connects with various audiences: university students, staff, ministry alumni, donors and others
Recording and editing video footage and audio recordings
Have knowledge of computer software packages relevant to video production
Ability to contribute to creative script conceptualization and script writing
Can work well in a team and coordinate with other interested parties
Be able to positively receive feedback and take direction
Education and Experience
Job-related university degree or other education
Knowledge and technical experience in video production including script writing and editing

Power to Change - Students Position Overview
National Campus Staff, serving with Power to Change – Students, can expect to work at one or multiple universities under a local team leader to accomplish... our twofold purpose of P2C-S: helping students discover Jesus and equipping them for a lifetime of ministry. Though day-to-day activities may vary in each local context, ministry stage, and/or strategy, each staff will engage in one-on-one and small group evangelism, discipleship, and teaching. Staff will also have opportunity to receive and participate in ministry skill development, training, leadership, strategy deployment, resource development, conferences, campus outreach, and other missional activities critical to helping students discover Jesus and become life-long labourers for Christ.
