The Rutland Housing Authority is seeking an experienced Property/Asset Manager to oversee management of 220 units of affordable housing.
This is a Full Time, Non-Aligned, 40 hour per week position. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, short and long term disability insurance, vacation, sick, and holiday time and more.
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with affordable housing and Tax Credit experience, and posess excellent management and record keeping skills.
