Job Summary:
Our Project Architect's responsibilities will include contributing on design aspects of a major project or multiple smaller projects. Participating in and at times leading in the planning, design and coordination of projects to best meet client needs is what this role is all about! The Project Architect would also be encouraged to become a guide and a mentor for architectural staff who might be earlier on in their careers.
Required qualifications:
Professional Degree in Architecture, licensure preferred.
5+ years’ experience as a Designer/Project Architect/Project Manager, preferably on educational and residential/mixed use projects.
Experience in all phases of design; feasibility/schematic studies through construction administration. Strong portfolio highlighting design skills required.
Proven Revit proficiency producing Construction Documents.
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
