The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for driving high levels of client satisfaction and retention through oversight of all reactive and proactive transactions related to fulfilling client’s IT service needs. The CSM will drive onboarding new clients, educate and guide them to ensure that they are taking advantage and realizing value from all services provided by Mytek, and partner with them on their business success
