Camp Fire NJ
Camp Fire NJ Instructors are responsible for facilitating one or all of Camp Fire’s NJ’s educational programs that they are assigned to. The Instructor is eligible to facilitate only the specific Camp Fire NJ Program that they are trained to teach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Teach the Camp Fire NJ curriculum in various, diverse classroom settings throughout New Jersey.
● Ability to work with the Program Director to evaluate and implement curriculum changes suggested by research and instructors.
● Supervise and support site directors and program specialist to create a high-quality program.
● Participation in program meetings, other staff meetings, workshops etc.
● Participation in Camp Fire NJ fundraising efforts.
● Responsible for gathering all necessary documents from the Camp Fire NJ office in order to administer programs, and to help facilitate the collection of data.
● Responsible for completing Internal Case Management Forms.
● Volunteer to be a Camp Fire NJ representative at community events.
● Represent diversity and inclusion for the youth and their families.
● Attend required trainings to maintain necessary and continuing educational and social development and equity.
● Provide assistance within the office.
