The Senior Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (Sr. BCBA) of Upstate Caring Partners will lead the quality of residential applied behavior analysis services for individuals with IDD, agency education and collaborative partnership initiatives for the purpose of strengthening the infrastructure of supports available to children and adults with IDD spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities and their families. In conjunction with Upstate Caring partners’ clinical, educational, and residential administrative leadership teams, the Sr. BCBA will provide direct services and support to existing programs consistent with best practices in the IDD field using evidence-based practices. The Sr. BCBA will oversee the professional development of residential BCBA staff and communicate in a manner that energizes the work force, promotes retention, encourages team excellence, facilitates continuous learning and reinforces positive partnerships throughout the organization. The Sr. BCBA will be responsible to ensure integration of clinical behavioral services between the residential services and day service or education program.

The Children's Center for Communication and Beverly School for the Deaf (CCCBSD) offers exceptional school-based programs for children (ages 3 to 22) with unique learning, developmental, and communication challenges. The CCC and BSD Programs support students with a wide range of cognitive, physical, and developmental needs.
We are seeking an experienced full-time occupational therapist to join our team of five professionals in support of the needs of our students. The occupational therapy team partners with a larger therapeutic and clinical team including: physical therapists, speech and language pathologists, nurses, assistive technology specialists, vocational professionals, and a curriculum team.
CCCBSD occupational therapists provide both push-in and pull-out opportunities for students ages 3 to 22. CCCBSD faculty provide a 204 day schedule for students with traditional school vacations and a 24 day summer schedule. This position works under the leadership of a highly seasoned and knowledgeable Director of Occupational Therapy. Pediatric and Developmental experience preferred.
