The primary job of our Member Care Leads is to engage and invest in this community to help them live a life that is full, whole, and healthy. The Member Care Leads should be a married couple who are able to translate their years of cross-cultural experience and breadth of pastoral skills to the individuals, families, and teams in our staff community. This is a support raising position.

Children and Adolescent Therapist

We specialize in running kids and teen programs at ALONGSIDE. When parents are hurting usually the kids are too. We have offered a full kids program at ALONGSIDE since 2013. We now have a need to offer counseling to care for them as well as the program. Must be able to be Licenced in MI. Specialty in working with kids, play therapy trained and overseas experience preferred.

Language Program Coordinator

The purpose of the Language Program Coordinator is to manage the Growing Redemptive Participator Approach language program in South Asia. The Language Program Coordinator will oversee and coordinate Hindi, Nepali, Bengali, and/or Urdu language classes, while managing nurturers and participants through the GRPA language program. This ministry role can be full-time or part time and support-raising is required. The Language Program Coordinator has the ability to work on site and from home on a regular basis.

Housing and Orientation Coordinator
Global Frontier Missions
The purpose of the Housing and Orientation Coordinator is to welcome SLICE program participants to healthy living in South Asia, procure and prepare housing for each participant, and train participants on how to successfully set up their own home/life in South Asia. The Housing and Orientation Coordinator prepares for and receives participants, provides an initial orientation during their first days in country, and teaches them how to accomplish daily living tasks (paying rent/electricity, purchasing a gas connection, using public transportation, etc.) successfully in Hill City. The Housing and Orientation Coordinator also trains SLICE participants in the right skills to find suitable housing and set it up. This ministry role can be full time and support-raising is required. The Housing and Orientation Coordinatorhas the ability to work on site and from home on a regular basis. The role is based in South Asia.

SLICE Program Administrator

The purpose of the SLICE Program Administrator is to work alongside the Base Director providing logistical and managerial pre-field preparation for SLICE participants before their time on the field. He/she will be responsible for getting all the requirements completed by each prospective SLICE participant before they begin the program and communicate with the various team member who will be receiving and working with the participants. Jinja is home to over 100 TCK! Issues with children is the #2 reason global workers leave the field. Director(s) should have cross-cultural and youth ministry experience. Missionaries are leaving the field at alarmingly high rates and Replenish Intl. aim is to keep missionaries in the field God has called them to, and help them flourish. We do this through building community, hosting small groups, worship nights, various community events and counseling services. There are well over 350 global workers in the Jinja area. We are looking to grow our team with this new position. The Director(s) of Counseling Ministry should have cross-cultural and counseling experience, be licensed and accredited and willing to relocate to Jinja, Uganda.
