The purpose of the Member Care Coordinator is to provide member care, encouragement, accountability, and personal growth opportunities for GFM staff and SLICE participants at our South Asia base. This position also supports the base leadership team through requested acts of service. This ministry role is part-time or full-time and support-raising is required. The Member Care Coordinator has the ability to work on site and from home on a regular basis.

Disciple Making Team Leader
Global Frontier Missions
The purpose of a Disciple Making Team Leader is to provide leadership and direction over a disciple making team that is focused on a specific geographic location or affinity group as they apply healthy church planting movement principles in the community. This ministerial role can be full-time or part-time and support-raising may be required. The Disciple-Making Team Leader has the ability to work on site and from home on a regular basis. The role is based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

Regional Member Care Coordinator
TEAM
The RMCC oversees the spiritual, emotional and relational care for those living in their region. While counseling training is helpful, it is not required. The RMCC focuses on proactive care as well as restorative care by providing coaching, pastoral care, encouragement and support. They walk with people through their ups and down and work collaboratively with leadership in seeking to provide what is best for their workers.

Family Life Pastor
Heartland Community Church
The Family Life Pastor is to bring credible, hands on leadership to our Kids Community Team and Student Ministry Team while providing visionary leadership for our Men’s, Women’s and Family Ministry Teams. This person will also share in a significant portion of the Pastoral duties of a growing church ministry.
