Solaris Pediatric Therapy We're looking for a pediatric SLP with feeding experience to join our team full time. The right candidate will be extremely dedicated to working with families and children, curiou... s, open to learning new methodologies, and can work collaboratively with other disciplines. You will have experience using the SOS Approach, sound understanding of oral motor and oral sensory issues, and take into account a child's whole system when creating a treatment plan, such as visual-spatial, sensory, auditory and motor planning. You will also be eager to receive training on reflex integration and DIRFloortime. If you are familiar with the work of Dr Dan Siegel and Dr Mona Delahook you will have an understanding of the approach we use when working with children. You will be able to work collaboratively with families to understand their needs and specific situation and create a tailored treatment plan that meets these needs and is aligned with the philosophy of the practice.
