Chief Financial Officer
Three Rivers Casino Resort PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees and directs both TRCR Properties and Ocean Dunes Golf Links financial functions including accounting, payroll, audit, Purchasing, Soft Count and Cage Departments. Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and creating action plans. Supervises and assists accounting personnel in performing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting processes to properly record, classify and control financial transactions for the property. Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results to minimize the impact of variances while ensuring timely and accurate communication of operating results. Meets with the Controller and Department Directors/Managers to review and analyze monthly Profit & Loss Statements and suggests cash reductions as needed. Reviews all financial reports and schedules for accuracy and ensures that all deadlines are met. Prepare and present financial reports for Gaming Facility Operation Review Board (GFORB) business review meetings. Maintains the security of all financial reports and see that all appropriate records are retained for the required lengths of time. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with all departments, including needed properties or service concerns. Integrate the Three Rivers brand purpose into all processes, communications and guest/team member experiences. Ensure that all fellow team members will adhere to and deliver Superior Guest services striving to exceed our internal and external guest expectations Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Other duties as directed by the CEO, GFORB and Tribal Council.
Director of Management Information Systems
Three Rivers Casino Resort As the Director - Management Information Systems (MIS), you will direct and manage computing and information technology strategic plans, policies, and programs for business data processing, computer services, network architecture, system security, and management information services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives.
We are seeking a Director - MIS who develops strategic plans and implements the objectives of the information technology needs to ensure the computer/network capabilities are responsive to the needs of the company's growth and objectives. The successful candidate will evaluate the overall operations of computing and information technology functions and recommend enhancements. Additionally, they will advise senior management on strategic system conversions and integrations in support of business goals and objectives and prepare/manage enterprise objectives and budgets to facilitate the orderly and efficient capture, storage, processing, and dissemination of information.
We are looking for a proven Manager with casino experience in the MIS/IT field who will successfully oversee and evaluate the MIS Team Members in achieving their performance objectives.
Banquet / Events Coordinator

Supervise and coordinate banquets, special events & concerts Responsible for overseeing the shift performance of all special events & banquet staff. Assist Entertainment/Event Manager in scheduling all Banquet Servers. Assist in administrative duties as directed by Entertainment/Event Manager. Coordinate the setup, servicing of the function, breakdown & cleanup of the event. Transport staff and supervise staff during off site marketing events. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with all departments, including needed property or service concerns. Integrate the Three Rivers brand purpose into all processes, communications and guest/team member experiences. Maintain awareness of, and effectively communicate to other staff, property-wide/company promotions, events and programs. Keep fellow team members/guests informed regarding the direction of the organization. Ensure that all fellow team members will adhere to and deliver Superior Guest services striving to exceed our internal and external guest expectations. Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs to our guests. Casino Promotions Coordinator
Odawa Casino Job Summary: Under direction of the Special Events Manager, the Marketing Casino Promotions Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to the overall organization of the Marketing Department.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing team in developing and maintaining communications to internal and external customers. May assist with communicating with outside vendors or print companies when gathering or submitting required information. May assist with writing and revising copies including press releases, newsletters, ad copy, articles, etc. Assist with printing all in-house collateral, trimming out collateral and coordinating with the Special Events Manager when the collateral is ready for display. Assist in maintaining communications with all departments and frontline staff. Assist with the organization of logo items to support special events or giveaways. Assist with maintaining accurate information on all slot floor signage on the gaming floor, Odawa Hotel and Odawa Casino Resort venues. Assist with promotional drawings, special events, concerts and giveaways on the casino floor and outside events such as trade shows, parades, or other community events. Promote a fun atmosphere by mingling with players and making jackpot, birthday, wedding, or other announcements on the microphone. Provide a sympathetic ear for guests while promoting the positive image of the Casino. Update internal/external Casino signage and literature with current materials. Assist team members in other areas of Marketing such as Guest Services and other areas when needed at both Casino properties. Duties to include, but not limited to handling Players Club enrollment, account balance inquiries, redeeming and issuing vouchers and offers, explanation of programs and events to customers, greeting busses and completing manifests. Write and submit creative requests. Gather information quotes, create bid tabs, check requests and PORs for purchasing marketing goods/
Odawa Casino Job Summary: Under the Director of Finance, participate in analysis to improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the Casino through analyzing departmental financial statements and marketing data and presenting unbiased data as meaningful information to management. Perform financial analysis, forecasting and daily tracking of all Odawa Casino Resort’s operational performance. Provide management, organization and leadership support to team members engaged in delivering financial services to all of Odawa Casino Resort.
