Tracking direct bill travel requests and group billing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile Travel Credit Cards, direct bills and other travel related invoices on a monthly basis;
Works from draft documents to create presentations, documents, and final reports for mailing and/or distribution;
Help maintain and update Travel’s intranet site and blog;
Assists in research, analytical tasks or special projects as directed;
Responds to incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner;
With direction, updates standard operating procedures as necessary;
Maintains and utilizes the automated travel profile systems;
Resolves and responds to routine travel related situations and escalates appropriately when necessary.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of related experience or High School Diploma and 4-6 years of related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
