Contribute to establishing, documenting, implementing, maintaining and continually improving the HSE Management System implemented on the Project in compliance with current FTA Standards, OSHA Regulations, GBMS Standards, and Local Procedures.
Contribute to the implementation of the activities in compliance with HSE Policies, HSE Legislative requirements, HSE Customer Requirements and the HSE Management System of HRH.;
Contribute to the completion of HSE hazard identification and risk assessment and the determination of necessary controls measures;
Contribute to the implementation of the HSE Compliance and Management System Audits;
Contribute to the development the HSE Programs to achieve the planned HSE Objectives and Targets and areas of regulatory compliance;
Contribute to HSE Local Communication, Participation and Consultation including development and engagement of a site safety committee;
Contribute to the identification of emergency scenarios and development of appropriate emergency response measures;
Ensure the monitoring, reporting, and communication of HSE performance and provide recommendations and solutions in the event of negative trends;
Ensure that all HSE accidents and incidents are reported, investigated and analyzed for the purpose of learning from incidents;
Contribute to the identification of findings, nonconformities, and corrective and preventive actions;
Ensure that Rail Operations Center facility and all stations are inspected on regular base in compliance with the HSE Management System and OSHA Regulations;
Work cross-functionally to support a wide array of operational activities and engage leaders and employees from across the business
